At the first meet-up for Design Across Cultures seminar that brought people together from India, Korea, Brazil, USA, Germany, Italy and the Netherlands – All dedicated to achieving the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals by 2030.

It all started with Global Goals Jam which World University of Design has been hosting since 2017. The impact of the GGJ movement has been such that 72 cities joined last year. In India World University of Design saw at least 'MeToo' kind of events being hosted.

Which is very good, because no person, organisation or even country alone can solve these global challenges? We need to communicate, collaborate and co-create smart solutions together. Design across Cultures is such an exercise and thanks to our hosts in Netherlands, the new project got off to a flying start! Three intense days of productive discussions, co-creation sessions & podcast recordings. Looking forward to the new partnerships, collaborations and working together across Cultures!
