Asia Africa Development Council (ADCO) Leaders are bound to support and promote attainment of the United Nations Global Agenda and to uphold the UN from time to time. Asia Africa Development Council strives for Sustainable Peace and Development for Asia and Africa. We are a Broad-based Intercontinental Non State Diplomatic Organization and working for Sustainable Peace and Development for Asian and Africa Continent People through Professional Excellence, Accreditation and Global Convention on the live issue and make suggestive directive which need to be submitted for the concern.
ADCO conducting regular and continuous strategic consultative meetings on peace, development, quality products and services, Human Rights, Democracy and Good Governance, International trade, etc. ADCO is to hold series of meetings with international and regional organizations as well as with Political Leaders from Asia and Africa and Approved Council Countries.
What is the main objective of ADCO?
- To Promote and Support United Nations Sustainable Development Goals 2030 and ADCO Strategic Guideline 2025
- To Promote Sustainable Peace & Development for Asian and African Continent People through Professional Excellence, Accreditation and Global Convention on the live issue and make suggestive directive which need to be submitted to United Nations for the betterment of Global Communities.
There is a great diversity in how business is conducted in different countries. In your opinion whether Indian institutes should give more emphasis to Indian business environment or go for global exposure?
Business is Mainly Concern for the Support and Promote Sustainable Peace Development in respect of Humanities with Financial inclusion. In current Scenario, Everywhere Professional ethics and respect is declining due to financial rat race as no one is thinking towards Humanities and Sustainability Goals. United Nations is constantly working in providing Solutions to Global Problems through UNSDG-2030. Asia Africa Development Council is working in respective countries through Country Director, Ambassadors and Advisors, Project Commissioners and as per the Plan of action submitted for the promotion and support of Sustainable Peace & Development in respective countries chair.
Indian Institute needs to train and empower forthcoming Human Resource for the betterment of Global world. We have manpower with ethics, fertile Brain, concepts, ideas but we are lacking organized knowledge management Process, Practices and due to we are unable to providing execution platform and mentorship for the better than best. In my opinion Indian Institutes must utilize global exposure and promote made in India worldwide as a Product not as a Consumable Items.
What kind of role your organization is playing in creating more opportunities?
ADCO is Promoting Sustainable Peace and Development for Asian and African Countries People through Professional Excellence, Accreditation and Global Convention on the live issue and make suggestive directive which need to be submitted to United Nations for the betterment of Global Communities. In relation for the same we created chair for Director General, Deputy Director General, Director Administration, Executive Secretary, Director Strategic Policy Planning and Execution, Regional Presidents In charge as per the council approved Countries and Director In charge Service and Product, Country Director, Ambassadors and Advisors, Project Commissioners, Interns and field Volunteers. We have more sustainable Opportunities for fellows and young entrepreneur, Startup Leaders, Young Leader Promotion Programme, and Fellow Diplomat Programme for Asian and African Continents people with zeal of Help and Support for the betterment of Humanities Life and help them to provide basics amenities required most.

What are the biggest challenges you have faced as a Director General?
Support and Promotion of Sustainable Peace and Development is itself biggest challenge. Because in this Global Era Structure depends on People Moods with power and linked Policy. First encroached basic amenities and then provide as scheme and subsidies to needy people that is called leadership. Everyone is working in the Mind Sets of Blaming and Claiming not in Peace, Sustainability, Humanities, Development with Professional Ethics.

Prof. Sinha is Indian Academician Serving as a Director General of Asia Africa Development Council (ADCO), a Promising Council to support and promote sustainable peace and Development in Asian and African continent. Prof Sinha is born and raised in Bihar the Land of Gautam Buddha and Studied Computer Science and Knowledge Management. He holds an academic brilliance of Master’s and Bachelor’s from St. Xavier College of Computer Studies, Patna and, Doctor of Philosophy in Computer Sciences in Strategic Knowledge Management. He attained excellence in research through QIP on “Business Informatics” and ” Research Methodologies” form IIT Kanpur and IIT, Mumbai where he developed an innovative vision to contribute for sustainable peace and Development.
He spent two decades as a Professor and research administrator mainly at leading academic and research labs and is intimately involved in Computer Society of India as Vice Chairmen. He came to be known as ” MAN WITH INNOVATIVE VISION” for his work on sustainable peace & Development. He also played a pivotal organizational, technical role in strategic alliances with a vision to promote innovation.
Prof Sinha is the Founder Leader of World Academy of Informatics and Management Sciences and Founder President of Innovation Society ( India) a platform for Innovative Culture Establishment in PAN India focusing the Youth. He made contribution in framing of India Africa ICT Knowledge Consortium for the Promotion of Bilateral Relation among India and Africa. Prof. Sinha believes that without nourishment of Innovative culture a developing countries may not able to gain ‘ Developed’ status and all his efforts are in same direction.
Prof Sinha is Secretory General of Indo Global Chamber of Commerce,Industries and agriculture an international agency promoting and supporting innovative culture through various chambers and professional excellence. He is also associated with Professional Body as Member/Board of Directors like CSI,Brain Rhyme,AASGON United Kingdom, SMIACSIT Singapore , SIAEngg Hong Kong.
Prof. Sinha is Country Director of Public Opinions International an organization involved in promoting attainment of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals through information Dissemination, Public Awareness, Public Relations, issues Research, training and mentorship, Investment Advisory services,etc (www.pubopinions.org).
He is recipient of several prestigious awards and Honored for Excellence to Promote innovate Culture and Made in India Initiative in conference/seminar/meetings in the SRI LANKA , BHUTAN , NEPAL, UAE , UNITED KINGDOM and PAN India. Presently he is associated with Rajasthan University. The professional journey of Prof Sinha leads him in values and ethics that aid him to discover innovate vision towards society and mankind.
